The magnetic detivation angle is highly related to the size of the product. Generally, the magnetic deviation angle of small products is difficult to control (larger deviation angle), and the magnetic deviation angle of large products is relatively easy to control (smaller deviation angle).
How to control the magnetic deviation
Because the NdFeB production process goes through molding, sintering and machining processes, the final magnetization angle is very difficult to control.
The magnetic deviation requirements of regular products are generally ±5° or greater, but the products used in sensors generally require magnetic deviation angles ≤ ±3°, which leads to a low first pass rate of products, and all products must go through a full inspection to ensure the quality of shipments, which is a great waste of production materials and manpower.
In response to this problem, our company has concentrated our efforts to carry out technical research. The two key processes of molding and machining have been locked and targeted improvements have been made, so that the pass rate of our company's first-time finished products is more than 85%.
Our company has purchased several full-automatic magnetic deviation angle tester, the current annual detection capacity reaches 20 million pieces per year, which not only improves production efficiency, saves manpower, but also ensures that the quality of shipping product 100% meets customer requirements.
