In order to improve the corrosion resistance of neodymium magnets and meet specific surface condition requirements,magnets need to be electroplated.The quality of the coating will affect its service life.

The main detections are as follows:
1.Visual inspection
2.Check the thickness of coatings
3.Drop test (mainly among the Zinc plated products)
4.Crosscut test (mainly among the Nickel plated products)
5.PCT test
6.SST salt spray test
7.Constant temperature and humidity test etc.
