Compared with sintered neodymium magnets,bonded neodymium magnets can be formed at one time without secondary processing,and can be made into various shapes of complex magnets,which is also incomparable to sintered magnets.With the help of the bonded NdFeB magnets,can greatly reduce the volume and weight of the motors.

The BH(max) of bonded neodymium magnet is three times that of anisotropic ferrite.


Characteristics of compressed bonded neodymium magnet
1. High dimensional accuracy: 
It can meet the accuracy requirements in one molding,and generally does not require mechanical processing.
2. Free formation of product shape:
It can be made into rings,cylinders,discs,tiles,blocks and various-shaped magnets.
3. Excellent magnetic performance:
The BH(max) is three times that of anisotropic ferrite.With high intrinsic coercivity,the product features simple production,short process,stable performance in batch production.
4. Flexible magnetization methods:
The magnetization can be axial,diametrical radial and skew magnetization in multi poles and etc.
5. Good corrosion resistance and outstanding surface quality:
The surface of the product is coated with epoxy resin that features excellent corrosion resistance.

We could produce magnets with more than 13 MGOe.The minimum pole width of magnetization accuracy can reach 0.8mm.We can design and provide a variety of products with complex magnetic circuits and complex assembly of magnets.

In additoin to traditional products,we could make products that are difficult for compression and magnetization.The maximum outer diameter of ring magnet is 206.9mm and number of poles is 326.
